I'm collaborating with Sleep Expert Desiree Russell of Rockababy.ca for this intimate workshop that will help parents solve the struggles of bedtime with their babies. Desiree will share the fundamentals of sleep for creating a peaceful bedtime routine, using attachment-centred, responsive strategies.
I will present exactly how to incorporate helpful sign language for naps and bedtime to support your little one having smoother more successful sleep transitions.
We will be answering your sleep questions during the personalized Q&A time at the end of this workshop.
Resource materials of everything we cover is included.
We're making sure you leave this workshop with the practical, immediate tools you need to shift your family's sleep experience.
Meet your instructors:
Desiree has been working with children and families for over 20 years and is a Life Coach and a Masters Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, which enables her to read and teach the patterns babies make in their body language, cry patterns, and physical patterns to make individual assessments.
Lee Ann has has been teaching baby sign language classes for 19 years and has completed her American Sign Language Level 1 & 2 certification through the University of British Columbia.
We’ll spend about 30 minutes with Desiree learning the
fundamentals of sleep for babies using attachment-centred, responsive strategies so parents can confidently create peaceful bedtime routine.
Then we'll learn with
Lee Ann the helpful American Sign Language vocabulary for bedtime and nap time so baby knows what's happening and will feel more calm and ready to sleep.
In this workshop...
We'll finish with dedicated time to answer questions for your new personalized sleep and sign approach.
