I'm collaborating with Suzanne of Foot Guru Reflexology to teach you how to tap into the benefits of connecting deeply with your baby's daily needs by utilizing reflexology techniques along with American Sign Language.

​

This unique workshop will be intimate and hands-on, and you will go home knowing how to recreate the benefits of using reflexology and baby sign language with your little one for healthy and happy routines together. Price of workshop includes 1 baby + up to 2 caregivers.

Reflexology is similar to massage but activates specific reflex points that have a direct and profound connection to the rest of the body. It's a very gentle, non-obtrusive technique that Suzanne uses with her young daughter, and now shares with new mamas in Vancouver.

Using sign language with babies of all ages & abilities has been proven to create a better bond between babies and their caregivers. Studies report the emotional benefits of signing, including:

• Parents and children that sign report feeling closer and more tuned in to each other

• Babies that sign have fewer moments of distress

• Parents report feeling better about themselves and more confident about parenting

Families are welcome to register for one or both workshops in any order.
